Replacing a former 17th-century building, demolished due to its imminent risk of collapse, the prominent and currently vacant corner plot mediates the relationship between the riverfront and the inner commercial street.
The site faces the main square of the medieval town of Alcácer do Sal and is currently under study for the development of eight apartments overlooking the Sado River and the square, with its cafés and restaurants, from which the riverfront promenade begins.
The project is being developed by PROMONTÓRIO and is currently in the licensing phase.
